Security

The safety of each and every one of our visitors is very important for us. Therefore, we have developed a strict and detailed security system that includes:

• Controlled Access: There are only one entrance and one exit for visitors with electric gates and private security guards
• ID Bracelets: To each one of the visitors that access to our facilities a bracelet is placed in the wrist to them with a chip identifier and a radiofrequency antenna, same that only can be retired by our personnel through a specialized system in the migration area when the visitor is ready to leave
• ID Chip: It allows us to match electronic groups through a sophisticated computer system, which grants the exit to minors only with adult authorization in the system
• Radio Antenna: Prevents a visitor from leaving the center without authorization. If a visitor tries to leave without proper authorization, an alarm will sound and there will always be a security guard to stop his exit
• CCTV: Strategically placed in different points of the center; they have a video recording system for future reference
• Internal Security: Professional and highly trained guards are available at various points in the city, including entrance, emergency exit, and strategic locations
• Highly Qualified Personnel: Our collaborators receive constant professional training for the proper handling of eventualities and emergencies
